What shoe size is considered large for a woman?

I wear a US size 8-81/2 shoe and I have a friend who teases me about having huge feet. Well sure, compared to her size 6 baby feet! Anyway, I wanted to know what the average shoe size is for women and is a size 8 generally acknowledged as a big foot?

If you can’t find your shoe size in a shoe shop than your feet are huge. Otherwise they’re normal!

Does any one know what kind of shoes ( boots) Fernando Torres(Spain) is wearing during the Euro 2008 Games?

I know some Nike players are wearing the limited edition E8 Tiempos or Vapors but after looking closely at his shoes they look like niether. They are the same color and and have the same blue stud plate in the bottom. I’ve also seen Charles Puyol wearing them. Are they E8 T90 Lasers? Are they for sale any where?

In reply to the first answer. It’s not for a child. and in England ladies shoe sizes start at 3 which is still too big. We can find ladies size 2 in some old fashioned court styles and pumps but not up to date stuff.

why would you need a size 2??? kids don’t need to wear heels and women shoes start at 5…
