Yes I am looking for a cat and the hat type hat. Only it has U.S.A. colors on it. I am wanting it for a 4th of July party and thought it would be cool. If you saw the semi-final of the euro 08’s between turkey and germany, at the end Sweignsteiger was wearing one in the style of germany.

I wouldn’t say it will grow slower necessarily, but it won’t help. Your scalp needs to “breathe” and wearing a hat also will cause breakage to your hair. I would say the best thing to do in your case is keep your hair clean and trimmed regularly. Hair grows on average about 6 inches per year so you’re going to have to be patient. Good luck!
